You’ll have a hard time

Central asians aren't full asians retard

Most Asian can't drink milk but they do it sometimes anyway and take digestive supplements. Otherwise you get extreme bloating and painful cramps and hell in the bathroom.

The number of people ordering Americano is damn high.

Also I am as well and everyone varies their limits, aged cheeses are generally okay, as are probiotic yoghurts. I still eat cream cheese and ice cream and chocolate sometimes, but not much.

>milkland

My best friend is Vietnamese and he has the same problem. He drinks milk and he gets bloated.

Btw, I will be in Seoul for 2 weeks in October. Are the rumors true about Korean girls liking Jow Forums White guys? I love their accent.

Lactose intolerance is not a be all, end all condition. It ranges from horrible farts and stomach cramps to full-on shitting yourself after a glass of milk.

I know coffee shops are popular in Korea. Is it common for them to stock lactose-free dairy or is it a small enough amount of milk that people can power through it?

You shouldn't come with any expectations and just enjoy the trip.

There's literally almost no optioms for this ironically. However I do see some cafes with different milk options: low fat, skim, soy, and almond. Starbucks definitely has it everywhere, sometimes you can find at Angelinus or Twosome Place but not always. Any other cafe does not have it. As for smoothies ask them if there is milk in it and if so yoi can ask them to not add the milk, and just get the blended fruit drink.

Also mozzarella cheese is a trend in food here but it is one of the hardest to digest so be careful with that. And all the pastries pretty much use butter, so again careful.

This is my life with lactose lol.

Americanos don't have milk, what do they have to do with your post?

if it's hard to digest why is a food trend in korea?

my favourite

We love milo.

dont they all drink milk in public schools anyway?

a little slow aren't we?

Koreans love trends more than their health. Foreign food in general is trendy.
