Why do east-Asians forget all their manners when they travel to Europe?

I was on the public bus today and horde of Chinese tourists get on the bus at Haeundae station and started to speak Chinese loud as fuck. Meanwhile everyone on the bus other than them were not making a single sound at all. There was also a random western guy sitting next to me and he started to frown at them. I was too shame that if he thinks they are Koreans.
Does Americans do this too?

And also! Like 3 months ago at night time public bus, there were 2 Taiwanese cute girl sitting in front of me and they talked as quite as possible to not disturb others even though there were really few people were in the bus as it was night. Why is this happening?

(I could know that they are Taiwanese by the receipt(?) on their Carrier. There was an airport code name and I searched for it, it was Taiwan's airport.)

I work at the airport, Koreans are alright, the younger the nicer actually, and no need to describe how polite are the Japanese.
When it comes to Chinese, Yeah they're shitty but most of them who come here are upper class so they're more decent unlike those of them that I often see abroad.

It's mostly Chinese who travel as part of a tour group because it's cheaper. Those are pleb and uneducated.
The ones travelling as family are much more decent.

My Chinese friend told me that Chinese tourists find it very shocking to see so many pigeons out in the open here. They take photographs and pose near them and onlookers find it weird. It's because the people kill and eat any pigeons they see in China, so it's quite rare to see the bird there.
