Degiro (Cheap broker for Europeans) >2nd cheapest platform for Europeans, they announced an increase of their commission fees. Very quick registration process degiro.eu
Down 7.6% today. I'm not concerned, though, it's a healthy pullback after an extended bull run. It'll be back up soon enough, and it's still a promising long term pick.
Holy fuck user, you are extremely talented 10/10, seriously good work I moved my SPY calls back to 11/16 senpai, still getting raped but my hands are strong.
Wyatt Torres
Yeah Those countries are shitholes for a good reason : because its people are shit and incapable of creating value I don't have tangible proof but the path of hardening and moar control taken by the ChinkCom suggests that they might be on the verge of losing it We shall see
You are right And fortunately there was USSR because the money spent could be justified as defense against communism Plus, they were actually spent on useful people
I am not sure in the case of the Silk road crap

Comfy, you wertent supposed to use leverage We might not rocket to 3000 until december
so where does one start w legend of galactic heroes? that one movie that came out first? or the tv series?
David Collins
I haven't done any reading about options, so I'm staying away from them until I actually do some research.
The OVA is the one people (including me) think is the best anime of all time. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. It's a bit slow at first, but it's fucking amazing overall.
I'm just going to leave the SPY calls open to see what happens. I have a separate account that I've been buying a DIV in every week that I'm only contributing to the next 6 months
Jeremiah Richardson
It helps introduce you to the characters and setting, but it's not required. The OVA is the main meat of the series and what makes it the GOAT, though the other stuff is certainly good as well.
I enjoyed very much this manga: Koukoku no Shugosha It is about an attack of an imaginary empire (~Russia/Prussian) on an imaginary island kingddom (~Japan). And it explains tactical and strategical shit theorized in 19th century military treatises.
Thomas James
I am absolutely sick of seeing your face What part of SPX to 3000 and BTC to 0 dont you understand? How can I drill it into your brain whore? I hate you I hate you I hate you
I have some investments at Merrill but I'm really sick of them. Their fees are insane and my broker is impossible to get a hold of. But I've only ever had investments at Merrill and I'm a massive financial brainlet, so I don't know what to do. What would you guys recommend?
I only have google and iqdb, and they don't work with webms
James Perry
Some user shilled TGTX in the last thread - they are due to be releasing the results of one of their key clinical trials sometime soon. I did a bit of googling and found this - insiders buying up a lot of shares in the past 3 months: nasdaq.com/symbol/tgtx/insider-trades How much should one read into this?
Holy shit dude I thought I was the only person like this I seriously hate what crypto did to me, I just tried to buy an alt and legit was 8 minutes late on someones alert, made 2% then lost 3% when it dumped, fuck crypto so much the people on there stack the ask after making seriously 4%.
Caleb Nelson
like dominos or jared fogel?
Alexander Perry
Robinhood is slowly legit becoming really good man, I easily got an Etrade for charting and Robinhood its really not hard. Orders are now snappy and they are bringing in candlesticks finally.
I made 3K with AMD this year thank you so much Lisa Su! TLRY made me another 5 so thanks Canada
I'm a brainlet and don't want to manage anything myself. I just want to dump excess money into it and have more money come out without.
Right now I mostly just have American funds. Maybe Vanguard?
Gabriel Martin
If you're tired of commissions and want to actively trade your investments, then use Robinhood. They charge no fees whatsoever, but you also have to do all the research yourself. If you want to hodl forever and passively grow your income, then use E-trade or TD Ameritrade.
Yama no Susume (I found that out by pressing wait)
>tfw jumped straight to stocks without wasting time with crypto
I tried to open a coinbase account when I was underage b&, but luckily I was too scared to actually give them a picture of any form of government ID.
Asher Walker
What are the advantages of a mutual fund proper vs an ETF? Also, Fidelity or Vanguard?
Mason Carter
>If you want to hodl forever and passively grow your income, then use E-trade or TD Ameritrade. Sounds good, will look into it. Thanks.
Michael Jackson
I like Vanguard, because they started the wave of inexpensive index funds and operate as a profitable company as such. Fidelity/Schwab simply subsidize their index funds using the money from their cashcows.
aw fuck yea this is great already. this is like star trek if it was centered around war (something trek does rather poorly, aside from DS9), not exploration. i fucking love strategically paced naval-styled battles. so much more interesting than constant action scenes (tho i always thought macross did a good job w that desu).
Austin Kelly
>not Helluva Good Dip

>aw fuck yea this is great already.
Buckle up, it only gets better. Be sure to avoid spoilers. You reminding me of this anime is making me go through the /a/ archives to find the many good reaction images this show has to offer.
I did and lost 20% of my portfolio. Gonna go buy some $ROPE
Joseph Cruz
Double down. OK no, I just lost 2k on oil and silver calls. Fuck
Leo Wood
Vanguard
Mutual funds you don't have to worry about buying full shares so you can set it up to automatically invest straight from your account and all of your money is working all of the time
Asher Ortiz
ETFs you can buy and sell during the trading day in real time, mutual fund buy/sell orders settle overnight
Trading a lot during the day isn't really an advantage for buy and hold retail investors
Alexander Adams
gob damnit, why didnt me sell BTC and buy GPRO like me had planned UGH stupid stupid stupid would be up 10% atm instead of losing all money
ds9 am me favorite soap opera! until the stupid dominion war messed everything up hated how the dominion was basically more powerful than borg and they werent even really trying like "lulz lets invade alpha quad just send some lizard dudes over there this will be no problem"
Retrace imminent. Huge gaps. First support is ~$58 and it's paper thin. Next support down from that is... $38-$40. Call it $40 due to round number trading bias. Sell volume on the weekly chart this week (see following post) is the highest it has been since the dumpening of January 2018. That dumpening caused a decline from the $44 high all the way down to $20.80 at the low.
Buying silver is a positional play, m8 You're betting that it's nearing its bottom and will begin to recover soon, not that it'll moon overnight like a weed stock or a biotech company
>why didnt me sell BTC and buy GPRO like me had planned
the best choice would be to get out of crypto entirely, desu
For Divididend stocks I have RDS, BP, CVX, T, and KIM.
I also made a play at 48 with MU.
Any suggestions that branch away from these?
Mason Collins
Also, BP and CVX are giving me the best Yeild On Cost (YOC) because I bought them at low points. RDS I bought low but they haven't raised their dividend.
It's a textbook speculative bubble Cryptocurrencies themselves have no inherent value, the only thing worthwhile about them is the underlying blockchain technology The vast majority of cryptocurrencies will become completely worthless when the hype wears off, and the ones that are left (there's no way of knowing which ones those will be) will be significantly reduced in value
You're bringing any pain that comes to you onto yourself
Relax, there won't be an "all out dump" and the stock goes to zero. The company still exists and rec sales still begin in less than 10 weeks. But the long term RSI levels are getting very close to overbought due to the massive run up we just had. We need to drop 20-40% and cool off before we can have another bull run like this. If you're a long holder, just don't sell. It's going to be a bumpy ride. If you're a "trader", good luck.

I like Twitter because of the amount of outrage and hate it generates It's like old /b/ for normies

you're fine this is one of cheapest stocks I can find in this market

you don't buy stocks, stocks are just the underlying asset for options
buy calls on TWTR, NKE, puts on EZA

Does $40 EOY still sound crazy? It's getting closer and closer. No way I'm gonna buy now though. Still got my shares from $12.
Hunter Watson
would you fuck off with that shit already?
Nolan Hill
Considering how crazy AMD's stock price has been in the past month, its definitely possible.
Keep in mind that Intel's revenue is ~10x larger than AMD. If AMD can grab 10-15% of Intels server marketshare (which they are very capable of doing) then I think a 40$ share price is justifiable.
Granted they have not accomplished this yet, and I think most of this craze is betting on AMD executing in taking that market share.
Hudson Murphy
They're doing well, and their competitors are worth many times what they are. My problem is their gpu aren't competitive with nvidia in either margins nor power currently. Personally, if they can get the profits in line I see no reason they won't reach a higher valuation.

All that bullshit in the OP about options, put, calls and all that nonsense trading lingo seems like static and unnecessarily complicated to me. I just want to invest in companies/technologies I think will increase in value a lot in the next 5-10 years, and I want to have an interface where I can monitor the value, and be able to sell/buy when I want to. How and where do I do this if I'm from Germanistan?
Jeremiah Torres
Calls are a way to do that, while multiplying your gains. MUTANT MASS BRO
