There's no university in Kashmir, today Kashmiri students visit all over India for higher education which is retarded.

No company or business could ever purchase any property in the state, meaning there is no modern facilities available there, no jobs (Kashmiris again have to leave their state if they want to become a Doctor or engineer or even just get a good job).
