something is definitely strange. Every coin goes through random periods of being the top and worse performer, but link weathered the drop last month in tact and is bouncing back again. What's happening is anyone's guess, but between the increased volume (Req for example has had sub 50BTC volume for the past month) and resilient price, I think it's becoming clear link isn't following the market as closely as it used to.

It's quite incredible what is actually going on and it was happening for the last 2 months now. I can't really share how I know this and who is involved but multiple projects are strategically using their ICO ETH to buy up LINK, projects that will be dependant on it.
Can't say how many but it's multiple and the most influential so far is in the Top 100, one of the largest ICOs so far.
