Yesterday, XRP started bouncing. On Finex it made a higher low. On BitMex with the same low the price was suddenly driven down very aggresively and then bought up really quick. It's really because the market makers give you no room to breath. They will stoploss hunt and try to liquidate you even when you knwo you're right. That's why a lot of people don't use stoplosses, downside to that is that when Mex freezes you're likely to get liquidated.
This happens in the stock market aswell. Banks will drive the price down aggresively to trigger all the stoplosses, buy the all the orders up freed on those stoplosses and then buy it aggresveily up. That's why daytrading is a trap. The odds are heavily stacked against you.
Just started today, already 30% up. Easiest shit ever.
BitMex is a bit of a joke in that sense. Stoplosses don't work 1/2 times, freezes constantly when volume ramps up and all you can do is pray you're on the right side of the trade. When Mex goes down, you better not be in a position or there's a good chance you're fucked.
But its obvious that BitMex is designed as a casino, it's very flashy with big buttons to make it as easy as possible to land a trade in.
All these exchanges like Mex and Finex all publicly admit they counter trade you btw. I bet Arthur has a comprehensive list of where all the liquidations and stops are.
immagine having that list
Yea you could make a lot of money. Though you can figure out it manually aswell, it isn't that hard. Most people put their stoplosses right where they shouldn't be set unless you want to get stopped out. Placing your stoploss is one of the hardest things to do in trading. Especially when some dickhead marketmaker is dead set on stopping you out or liquidating you.
In this market, with absolutely no regulation - it's guaranteed that they are manipulating and gaming their own exchange. Who wouldn't, knowing you can get away with it legally? I'm done day trading crypto. Watching all these up and down bart movements the last few months has me even more convinced that BTC price is totally manipulated by a group of whales
>this level of cope
there's alot of profitable traders, just dont follow the big retards with alot of followers on twitter, find the real traders who trades chart.
twitter.com
this guy made 18k in 4 weeks shorting eth
>following losers on twitter
>some guy got lucky and made money one time
Guaranteed he lost it all later, fuck off you pajeet tier loser. I don't follow faggots on Twatter. It's like the blind leading the blind. If you arent' a whale insider you have no business in this rigged game unless you like losing money
Day trading is like playing poker with someone who knows which cares are coming next. You can still get lucky and win, but it's a retarded way to try to make money. Unfortunately, most people need to find this out the hard way.
Funny.
That's the only website I consistently make money on. XDDDdd
>exchange steals your money
>continue using it for 3 years
Bruhhhh
>too dumb to ride the whale waves
thanks for playing, I have appreciated the free rent
>he thinks trading isn't a zero sum game where the whales take money from the fish like him
Ir dumb
>3 years being scammed and still hasn't learned
I started out on mex with 1.5 BTC, first day I got rekt at 80% loss. I then started trading only with 10% of my remaining 0.3 BTC stack and at max 10x and 50-100x gambles with profit only. Later added another 0.8 BTC. Been a few months now and I am at 2.4 BTC. It is impossible to consistently make profits, but it preventable to consistently fuck up if you keep yourself to a tight game plan, respect the trend and don't try to rely on stop-losses. Also, use two accounts to hedge against your positions when trading on low margin.
stay away from bitmex
bitmexscam.com
will ruin your life and you end without money
i lose 100k, stop loss not triggered in overload
you just suck,. you have too high leverage and you don't plan your entries around these events
if you lost 100k just because your stop wasnt hit,you are FUCKING retarded and dont know how to trade bitcoin.
everyone loves to blame mex for being shit at trading
This. Yes many people have lost a lot of money here but there are also people who have made money. You have to be disciplined and have a plan of attack.
Put yourself in the shoes of BitMex or Bitfinex
You can see all these coins deposited to you
Give knobs and flashy prices and buttons to idiots who think they are Real Traders
