Never tried camel myself tbqh, some kazakhs eat camels and drink their milk though, from what i was told, horse is definitely better in terms of meat and milk. Horse is stringy, toughness is affected by the time you cook meat. If you don't rush it and let it boil in a broth for several hours its breddy good and not that tough. Mutton is the best meat by far though. I wish i could eat it more often
