I run a small business that sometimes requires me to be available 12-14 hours per day. Even though I'm not technically "working hard" like a wage slave would do in those 12-14 hours, it takes a toll. I can only imagine what it must be like for guys like Musk that actually sleep at the factory and their mind is 24/7 there. People underestimate the "availability" and "presence" factor. Having to be the there whenever it's necessary without having the luxury to relax and not give a shit for a few hours/days is stressful as fuck even if you're not technically working like a wageslave.
