Che was only racist against blacks in his youth, then he learned to appreciate them in Cuba, but when he went to Africa, he saw African blacks as literal monkeys (in contrast to Cuban blacks).
As for being homophobic, everyone in 1950s Latin America hated poofters desu, Che was like all Latin Americans of the time
Ian Peterson
holy fucking based

>Well you see, it doesn't matter that the Founding Fathers were racist and had slaves despite claiming to stand for liberty because racism slavery was common at the time. We can't judge people from history by today's moral standards.

in america, every thinker's life work is reduced to a few talking points and simple quotes that "make you think"
Julian Campbell
People are very arbitrary on the matter. Most realistic people put their views in a historic context, but some feel as if people's morals are absolute and not clouded by their atmosphere and are generally retarded.
John Watson
I think Marx was based as hell and all the right wing nutjobs foaming from their mouths when Juncker decided to speak at his memorial have exposed themselves as gigantic imbeciles
John Anderson
Do they know Marx's policy on gun ownership?
Owen Scott
but huezilians really adores him
Benjamin Morgan
I hope communism will become associated with bigotry, so soft american "leftists" (who gladly suck off corporations as long as they use genderfluid language in their tweets) will drop it
Liam Robinson

In favor of what? Right wingers which are known for going online spewing racial hatred from behind anonymous avatars while talking about civic nationalism in real life?
Owen Peterson
Isaac Evans
Agreed. I do think that historical context is important. It doesn't entirely justify wrong actions but puts them into perspective and makes people realize that they weren't done out of pure malice or evil but for some purpose that pragmatically made sense at the time.
>all the right wing nutjobs foaming from their mouths when Juncker decided to speak at his memorial have exposed themselves as gigantic imbeciles
I used to be one of those retarded right-wingers, I believed in the whole "Cultural Marxism" meme. Then I stumbled across an article debunking the concept and it opened my mind up a bit. I was interested and wanted to learn more about Marx, thinking that I would still disagree with him but wanting to understand him more to strengthen my own position. When I started reading about what he actually said, I found myself stunned because I realized that everything I had been told about Marx and what he believed my entire life was completely and entirely wrong and that what he really said actually made a lot of sense. I started reading more of and about him, listening to lectures watching videos and soon enough I became a convinced Marxist. It turns out that you can only misrepresent a complex, historically-important philosophy for so long before the people you've fooled start to actually read unbiased accounts of it and realize that it was complete bullshit the whole time.
Julian Ortiz
based, i was a brainlet Jow Forumstard once too, its a common phase
Josiah Hill
Those who identify as marxist these days cant really read anyway.
Zachary Myers
Yeah, I feel like most people are angry edgy teenagers during that phase and then as they grow older and mellow out they become more level-headed and open to other ideas. The ones that never evolve and stay there though are fucked.
Elijah Roberts
yeah it's a threshold where you come to the realization that Jow Forums can be entirely summed up in feels>>>>>reals or teenage rebellion
some of them are impressionable teens yeah, and the others are braindead retards who should sudoku asap
Eli Lewis
I mean, he wasn't wrong about blacks.
