I don't.

I don't.

I don't.

sometimes it's nice to give money to someone who served you flawlessly, other than that I don't

so the tipping system stays in place, although i only go 10-15%, 0 for shit service, and dont tip carryout or pizza like some fuckheads do

to thank the waiter for their service

I used to be a server for about 2 years and I don't tip. It's not my fault these people chose to work for a company that doesn't pay them. It's not my responsibility to subsidize you because you wanted a brainlet easy as piss job that doesn't pay you so you think I should pay extra because you did a job a monkey could do. Fuck servers and fuck expecting a tip.
I moved to the kitchen and did prep and the line and actually enjoyed it, despite the stress and fast pace.

Depends on how I’m feeling or the service desu

If by "serving you flawlessly" you mean fulfill their job description? They were hired to give the best service, not to do a half-assed job. Anything less than perfect service means they didn't do their job they were hired for.
I'm not giving someone extra money for doing what they were hired to do. It's their fault they chose to do it for free .
