Oh right, Ukhta and Pechora? The thing is, you can only select the towns themselves and not their surrounding districts. The guy who made the komi flags probably messed this up because they're not traditional rayons but gorodskoy okrug and municipality rayon. For Ukhta and its surrounding okrug the flag is the same anyway. Just fill in the okrug and put the ukhta flag on it. Pechora's surrounding district has its own flag but it's very similar to Pechora's. Just slam Pechora's flag on it IMO. Keep in mind I've only been to the district, not Pechora City itself.

it's a open source code you install on your browser through tamper/greasemonkey which allows you to have more flags than your basic country flag. You select regional flags from a menu and it is displayed next to your flag
Same thing, only Sosnogorsk se in the plugin. It's the same flag anyway. You can color in both sosnogorsk proper and it's surrounding municipality, crossed both.
Also please post the full map with my trip flags. Would love to see what it looks like.

Can post in a minute, right now I'm trying to figure out what's going on with those missing flags. From what I can gather from both English and Russian Wikipedia, there are 12 districts, and the 7 remaining pieces of land are all part of the biggest cities in the area. Kinda makes sense I guess, but this is the first time I've seen something like this with Russian administrative divisions

Yeah it's arguable wether the municipal rayons and gorodskoy okrugs are independent subdivisions or just parts of their respective cities. I think you can make a case for both as far as their implementation in the plugin is concerned.
