I meet young white people from the South all the time, and most of them have little to no discernible accent. Black people tend to have more of an accent regardless of where in the country they're from.

Middle class ones sound white (minus the Becky/Brad sound), poor ones either sound distinctly Latino, black (like Tekashi69), or white
