That flag is actually the fourth proposal for the flag of a KMT-controlled ROC. The first flag was a copy of the US flag and really symbolised what China could have become. I've promised to myself and others that the dream will become a reality.

yeah it is Quang Trung flag (光中 means Middle Light/Sunlight). Which is the predecessor of modern flag.
