i don't even know what is a meme and whats reality anymore. trump cancelled his denmark trip because they won't sell greenland. He's also going to announce that he wants to keep immigrant children detained throughout their trials (which can take years). who wants to adopt me?

I don't understand.
trump wanted to buy greenland. denmark said it wasn't for sale. so trump cancelled a meeting with the royal family of denmark.
in other news trump has decided that illegal immigrant children can now be detained indefinitely.
Sometimes I start laughing when I again realise Trump actually is the president of the US
It really is unbelievable
why did he even decide to try buy greenland? why would denmark sell it? is he suffering from alzheimer's like reagan?
like i said i don't know. i cant tell whats a joke, whats a distraction, whats a real policy. i think thats the point though. notice how those two articles hit at the same time? one funny and one terrifying. right after epstein. i don't think the nazi comparisons are that far off anymore. i genuinely want out and i cant leave. its not fun anymore.
Imagine being the president of the United States and letting Legoland burn you so hard you get so extremely butthurt you cancel a formal meeting with them just for the whole World to see how much of a touchy bitch boy you really are.
>i don't think the nazi comparisons are that far off anymore
Trump's policy is closer to Fascism than Nazism. Fascism thrived on anti-intellectualism.
in one of the many other threads about this a Danish dude said China was trying to buy up and build stuff there, so it might have something go with that
also he said Greenland can vote to leave Denmark control and do what they want
so he is paranoid and becoming more unhinged by the day?
Trump or Danish dude?
1) You're the King of Denmark and Trump asks you to sell Greenland. You decide to sell. How much do you sell it for? What currency? Assume for the sake of this scenario that Trump wants Greenland badly, but he also doesn't want a bad deal for America
2) Chilean Sea Bass or Chilli & Sea Bass?
yeah but he's not good at it. people aren't buying it as much as you might think. if he wins the next election we're fucked for sure because he has nothing to lose, but until then just relax and vote #yanggang.
they should offer a trade for hawaii
your President.
buying Greenland is quite the bizarre idea to begin with, wanting to do that because China might be buying some property there is even more bogus, canceling the meeting is absolute absurd meme tier and frankly retarded, why is he doing this? what is his end goal? who taught him to do foreign policy? it's just a mess.
no, puerto rico
it is meant to be confusing. you're not supposed to know what to think.
>Assume for the sake of this scenario that Trump wants Greenland badly
Sell it to China for 1 (one) dorrar
>wanting to do that because China might be buying some property there is even more bogus,
Talk to the Danish dude
savage
why the hell would anyone is his position waste any energy trying to bully a NATO ally over a retarded idea such as this one? there is literally no reason to do so unless you are on the verge of dementia and have no idea of what the fuck the goal of your own foreign policy is.
Big brained post.
There were many articles (and probably Fox News "reports") like pic related published over the last couple of months saying basically that Greenland permafrost is banishing so the whole place is turning into a gold mind for real estate investors, and Trump probably wants to buy cheap land to build resorts and shit...
It's fucking depressing 2bh
It is probable that during their G20 meet-up, Xi told Trump that if they keep sanctioning Huawei, China will stop exporting rare earth to the US, so they are now rushing to find alternatives.
forbes.com
They did the same with Mongolia 2 weeks ago, even though I fail to see how this could work as China and Russia could just refuse to let mongolian rare earth enters they territory, and I don't think you can export that shit with airplanes.
1/5
All theatrics.
You sound like you're having a great time to me
2/5
he's suffering from the worst disease of all
being a y*nk
first of all you can buy that stuff from Greenland and you can work out deals to have your own companies working there, maybe that's a fair starting point instead of rushing to purchase the thing altogether.
Secondly why the fuck would you announce that intention to the whole World just to get rejected and look like an ass instead of approaching this in a more subtle way? What was he actually expecting?
Thirdly, what the fuck was he trying to accomplish by canceling the meeting? Do American rednecks really thing he's cool for doing that? That's the only reason I can think of, if they do think it was based for him to respond like a big babby to this he might be doing it in view of the elections.
If not it's just a miserable display of someone who has absolutely zero self control or a grip on his own policy.

actually, none of that is ridiculous. it's shrewd competition. he said he'd fight for us economically and that's exactly what's happening.
do you freak out twice every time someone makes a promise, once for the initiation and again when they follow through? it can't both be crazy.
5/5
what is he fighting for exactly?
I don't get this, you come up with a bizarro idea to buy a country that is almost sovereign and get mad as fuck when people say they don't want to do that, what has he accomplished? how does that help America in any way? It just creating friction between your country and a fellow ally, literally nothing to be gained from that.
Only thing that makes sense to me (but he's probably just senile)

>The madman theory is a political theory commonly associated with U.S. President Richard Nixon's foreign policy. He and his administration tried to make the leaders of hostile Communist Bloc nations think Nixon was irrational and volatile. According to the theory, those leaders would then avoid provoking the United States, fearing an unpredictable American response.
Wow you're so smart parroting European leftist media. So, so smart. While Europe is losing economically to America and Asia. But keep listenting to our dear superior journalists.
He's clearly trying to misdirect public eye with that Denmark shit. That or he's just a complete idiot
Literally what
He even managed to piss off the Danish People's Party, who used to kiss his ass because they're essentially in the same political camp.
Now they call him senile and demented.
Madman theory was about bluffing, this is just good ol´ clown world.
>try to accomplish something
>encounter a roadblock
>double down
what's crazy about this? that he's consistent, and doesn't change his mind?
>but they're almost sovereign
again, what's crazy about this?
that people don't buy states anymore?
that's hardly a rule.
you know the US already has a base there, just like hawaii? and it's practically unpopulated outside of that.
the hawaii purchase made as much sense.
it's all just status quo bullshit.
Thats what happens when you elect a right wing conservative president. We're also experiencing It.
based
he knows that the Danes are pushovers, they surrendered in like 2 minutes of WW2 starting
I give them 2 more days before they finally cave on Greenland
being an aggressive negotiator isn't clown world.
that term is reserved for cultural agendas that genuinely combat human nature, like gender reform.
I love this guy
>other news trump has decided that illegal immigrant children can now be detained indefinitely
Isnt that against your constitution?
You actually believe average people or European journalists are more intelligent than Trump. It's pretty laughable.
This. Clown world has nothing to do with thing like geopolitics or economics (both of which Trump excels at.) It's mostly about how the left keeps succeeding at promoting things like wage guarantees, "free" healthcare, and gay rights.
i don't understand whats so hard to see that its a diversion, he is most likely retarded but he's doing the greenland thing so you don't talk about epstein or collusion or immigrant babies being held in detention for as long as we please.
Assuming China is involved is the only way that this makes sense.
washingtontimes.com
What journalists?
>Fascism thrived on anti-intellectualism.
So fascism?
it'll be shut down most likely just like sepreating children but still fucked up.
Back to T_D
What constitution? there is no constitution where I live
there is nothing in common with the state of today's world powers and those of world war 2. all those men are dead and crippled by now and their countries hate nationalism. they know convenience and not much else. their militaries are populated with girls and boys motivated not by nationalism and principle but by government handouts.
forgot link:
aclu.org
americans have no principle
the constitution is a document that applies to citizens of this country. foreign criminals on our land should be treated as such, their children being a problem THEY created.
>Do American rednecks really thing he's cool for doing that?
Evidently, yes
>Secondly why the fuck would you announce that intention to the whole World
AFAIK Washingotn Post leaked it, media generated a lot of publicity and then Trump doubled down.
This is all about generating buzz for the election, because he learned that you can win it by simply having your name being everywhere and all the time.
>>try to accomplish something
what was it? buying a Country just because?
how does this help America in any way? If he really wanted to rely on Greenland's resources then he did a disservice to American companies who might be looking to work there now, he created a precedent where Greenland's authorities might be more wary and try to block American investment and opt for other competitors.
>>encounter a roadblock
what could go wrong if I run full force into that concrete wall type of scenario
>>double down
so that does appeal to the American redneck, you like le strong man who doesn't get no for an answer, when in fact he does and can't deal with it.
>that people don't buy states anymore?
not saying this is absurd because he asked to buy a country, not at all, is that he just assumed his proposal would be well received when it clearly wasn't, he his a shit tactician and clearly blinded by ego if he didn't listen to his counselors, all in all it was pathetic display.
>it's all just status quo bullshit.
what does this even mean? it's the status quo that was upheld by America for 70 years now.
you can go with that, but the whole execution of this whole thing was pretty fucking hilarious (in a bad way) though, he is very bad at foreign policy, always has been.
That's not the case though. That argument gets shot down by courts all the time.
You have no original thought. You just blabber and regurgitate what you read on your favourite sites and hope to get some emotional connection with fellow idiots. You're weak and out of control. Because of people like you Europe is dying.
okay
he's come out as an absolute bitch boy
WAAH WAAH I WANT GREENLAND
>Look, having nuclear – my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at M.I.T.; good genes, very good genes, O.K., very smart, the Wharton School of finance, very good, very smart – you know, if you're a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, O.K., if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the world – it’s true! – but when you're a conservative Republican they try – oh, they do a number – that’s why I always start off: "Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune” – you know I have to give my life credentials all the time, because we're a little disadvantaged – but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me …

lol you sure need to have an IQ over 200 to understand the fuck he's trying to say here
it's name will have to be changed to geldland
Ok I guess
>NY Times
Great source
China is offering infrastructure project money left and right, offering to buy up the country like it's a golf club and getting a (absolutely telegraphed) rejection isn't how you counter that policy.
in the end the Chinese offers stay and Trump gets told to fuck off, where is the intellect in this maneuver?
