However few companies have successfully found few loopholes in our gun law and introduced .366TKM & 9.6x53R calibers. You can get either paradox rifling (smooth bore with short rifled section at the end) or lancaster rifling (just two wide grooves). Effectively either of these options gives you similar performance to generic rifling, yet you can get these kind of fire arms without waiting for 5 years for a full license. .366TKM is 7.62x39 necked to ~9.5mm and 9.6x53R is 7.62x54R necked to ~9.6mm.
Also we have issues when it comes to sport shooting and such. It's very complicated.
