I don't think I ever mixed up Spanish and Latin, really. You might run into a false cognate now and then, but nothing catastrophic. If anything, learning Latin made Spanish way easier. I haven't studied French much but it looks and sounds different enough from the others that I wouldn't worry about it.

Lingua Latina teaches you through context. Starting with "Roma in Italia est" and slowly getting more complex while using images and things like that to help you figure out vocabulary.

Rate my conjugator. If anyone is well versed in the subject, I'd like to implement more irregular verbs. Also, I know that some verbs have weird accent patterns (e.g. nevegar and dexmentegar), but I don't know how to detect them, if at all. Also also, no infinite forms as of yet.
Irregulars implemented: eser, gavér, far, dar, tór, volér, podér, ndar, dir, dovér, finìr, savér, star, vegnìr; verbs with -g- and -c- by default keep their palatalization (or lack thereof).

As a programmer you should be more lazy. All of these tables can be found on Wiktionary and personally I've made a bunch of scripts to look up conjugated words and such

Studied Slovene and Serbian and I constantly use / think of using Slovene vocabulary in Serbian and vice versa. The grammar is clearly separated, though. I don't think you'll have much of an issue with French and Spanish, they're very different from each other in many ways. I guess if you were studying French and Walloon, or Spanish and Catalan/Occitan, you'd be more likely to mix things up (although Walloon is probably not the best example, because it's basically a Germanic language). I've also studied Latin but it doesn't interfere with my knowledge of living Romance languages at all. As the other user said, maybe you'll read a Spanish word and guess the wrong meaning because the word meant something completely different in Latin, but that's about it.

Slavic languages generally have a more relaxed word order. Still standard Slovene is nowhere near as relaxed as dialect Slovene in that regard, but that doesn't apply to the question.

There's one for each website under the Wikimedia umbrella, and usually derivatives too.
It's self-documenting, can produce/accept most markup formats, and allows you to do pretty much anything. I used it once to fetch all irregular Italian verbs.

I went looking for these and found PDFs of these books in french and italian under the titles french/italian by the natural method.

the french one is over 1000 pages (but is double-spaced with phonetic pronunciation underneath the text) while the italian is about 750, and they're presented in basically the same way as Lingua Latina with images as well as grammatical demonstrations at the side of the page, then some exercises at the end of each chapter.

these are basically exactly what I want because I'm a /lit/fag who's mostly interested in learning languages to read books, and I've struggled to find any good resources for reading at my level.

Yes, I studied Spanish for two years before I started studying Italian a month or so ago. Far, far too easy to mix these two languages up but maybe I'll separate them with a tad more practice

Also, for some retarded reason, Google Translate translated treadmill as 'routine' but I find English to Italian translation on Translate absolutely dreadful

Then do note these three common mistakes: voiced stop instead of voiceless stop (*gustado), lenis consonant instead of fortis (though I can find none in your previous post, consider *piasere), "b" instead of "v" (*probare). All but the last one reflect sound changes that occurred in Iberian languages but did not occur in Tuscan.
As a bonus, another common mistake, this time among English speakers, is geminating the wrong consonant. "raggazi" is actually "ragazzi".

I'd advise you to use wordreference.com/enit which, though not especially in-depth, is far more reliable than Google Translate. Surprisingly, Wiktionary is also a great resource, provided you use the English edition.
