I collected 7.0 in Academ IELTS 5 years ago and I wasn't even browsing Jow Forums that much back then. A gamer girl within my class got like 8.0 or something like that in the very first day of her practice classes.
I think you can easily collect 7.5-8.0, just concentrate on essay structure, words that can't be used and interview (last one dragged my score down because I am autistic and a weeb)

What test should I take to add a certificate to my curriculum? IELTS? TOEFL? TOEIC?

I took the toefl because I was an autist and didn't want to have to speak to someone for the speech part(toefl uses a mic). I got 117/120 with a week of studying. English is my second language btw

I got a 9 in reading, 9 in listening, 7.5 in writing and 6.5 in speaking. 7.5 or 8 overall, I forgot.

I was too stupid and I chose Michigan instead. Now I have to get ielts if I want to study in the UK

The essay is pretty difficult if you've depended on spellcheck for years, I almost fucked it up personally but managed to get 6.5.
