Be me

They are connected. Universities just teach the basics and a good portion of uoutdated and unnecessary stuff. All you have to do is to get into business and look at problems from a practical perspective. In tihs case you will need some programming skills. I'd suggest starting either at datacamp.com/ or treehouse.

The best advice is to find a mentor. That is somebody who already achieved what you want to achieve. good luck in your endeavours, my friend!

The best way would be to not getting into any bs and just trying things out. Take a break for one,two hell even 3 years. unless you're rushing to get married and have kids, there is nothing to rush for. if you're not 30 you still have room to experiment around and look where you fit and what work you hate that you eventually end up loving. also read some good business books and build your personal brand

What a loser youre

Call center jobs suck, even working retail is better than that. Switch to retail for short term.

Now start learning web development, enroll in a bootcamp, and actually get a job that’s in demand. Build up a portfolio and work on your interviewing skills.

i work in call center and have to take 60 calls per day... an hour sounds impossible, do you even talk with the people or is it just NPCs calling in to check if you are at your workplace?

Meh, ended up wagecucking for 3 years, 2 of which were pretty cushy then starting my own biz so it all sort of worked out.

I'm not cut out for working for other people and just filling out a role so probably would have hated programming day in and day out.

Correct about mentorship, that really applies to any industry tho.

Why not start cooking meth? or manufacturing extasy? you could make millions and quit.
