Fund Manager Looking to Purchase up to $11 Billion USD worth of BTC

Hey all,

Posted here a few days ago and got a few leads, but looking for more. I have a buyer looking to purchase up to $11 billion USD worth of BTC. Minimum 100K BTC, but willing to purchase as much as seller can provide. Background on buyer--Buyer is a banker and runs an algo trading outfit and VC fund. The chain is very short on my side--my friend is buyer mandate.
Let's make some money!

Key points:
• Locale
○ Preferred to conduct transaction face-to-face at HSBC in Hong Kong, no escrow
○ Also willing to conduct in Singapore, Cyprus, Dubai, Switzerland
○ Least preferable is conducting transaction in the US
• Deal structure
○ Looking to purchase 100K+ BTC
○ Single or multiple tranches are OK. Can purchase increasing amounts on a daily basis. Also willing to purchase in one go. Minimum of $10 million per tranche.
○ If within HSBC HK, test transaction of up to 50 BTC. Internally, HSBC transactions settle within minutes.
○ If outside of HK, test transaction of 5 BTC, non-negotiable.
○ Looking for 3% net discount, 2% commissions, 5% gross discount. Negotiable.
○ Structure as an investment agreement or asset purchase agreement.
○ Willing to wire first.
• Proof of funds
○ Highly prefers bank-to-bank POF, does not want his confidential POF information floating around on the internet through intermediaries. Bank-to-bank via call or lawyer attestations. Has authorized bank to release POF documents to counterparty bank only.
○ If seller wants buyer company info for KYC, he wants to see their company information as well.

F2F at HSBC is MOST preferred, no escrow. If your seller can do this, this will move you to the front. We already have 20+ deals on the table so if your seller does not fit buyer's protocol, we probably won't move forward.
