MPLS technology - uses in crypto

the routes are pre-determined, taking traffic speed to a new level of efficiency

>>The hardware is segmented in such a way that even if one service is compromised, the other services on the same machine can’t be.

>>each node on a packet’s route can only see the previous hop and the next hop for that packet

mkey, starting to make sense

SKYwire better deliver, I cant wait for the mesh net to be working. my two DIY miners are ready for some hot action, OP

>>each node on a packet’s route can only see the previous hop and the next hop for that packet

added security

MPLS is old tech, but has always been too expensive to implement. It requires amounts ram that was way too expensive a decade or two ago. That's half the point of the orange pi primes in the official miner. 2gb of ram on a $35 board.

Just like how lasers have been around since the 60's but we've just now found a decent use for them in optical drives and self driving cars.

so what's your alternative? SD-WAN?

Oh, I'm fine with MPLS, I think it's exciting to be able to use. Just pointing out that it doesn't matter that it's been around for a while.

>SD-WAN
This is cool too, but I'd only use it for endpoint solutions. Like if I want to set up a simple meshnet through an entire apartment complex and put up a payment gateway, which would all hook into a skyminer and then backhaul antennas.

well yea when it comes to avoiding packet loss and keeping a SKY's traffic flowing is the best. Packets travel only along the paths to which they’re directed which is what SKY needs

any ideas about how much the bandwidth will cost? I still didn't figure it out if it's going to be skycoins or coin hours
