No, but it's pretty cheap if you already live here. I graduated over 10 years ago but my tuition was around $4.5-5.5k per year ($3-4k in USD). It's probably higher now, and it's also more expensive for international students.

That's your opinion as a Russian who is used to the extreme cold. They don't have the positives of nice weather which half the US has (California and Hawaii for example)
