You know there are other expenses than tuition right, it is even in that pdf you sent, which doesnt even specify bachelors degree or further degrees. Average starting salary is like $50k with a bachelors, even higher if you are in something like engineering or computer science. That is easy to pay off in 1-3 years and then you could be debt free for life, except most people are too consumerist and will instead just pay minimum payments while buying other shit instead
