kill all managers

Why do boomers do this?

Wew lad.

where do you work that your employer wants you to be unreachable for your subordinates/superiors?

My manager is always telling me to keep my phone charged on days off and at night in case he needs to call me and let me know someone is calling off and if I will do it. Lol. He calls and texts me often to make me come in and gets pissed when info respond. It should be illegal to contact workers when they are off work.
And now this, stealing fucking electricity! Has to be made up

No but my supervisor deducts pay when I leave the door open and the AC running

>unreachable for your subordinates/superiors?
They don't need to call your phone if you are in the same building/facility.

>They don't need to call your phone
have you ever worked a single day in your life?

Have you? Serious question: have you ever worked a job in your life?

I have 2 company mobile phones and a car lmao.
I call people that are physically 15 meters away from me

This is the world you live in. When you were born into this world, you were given the choice to change the destiny of you and those around you, yet you did not.
This is your fate, this is the world you as the protagonist of your own story have created, and this will be the world you die in.

Organize against your employer you cuckold

And how much are they going to deduct?
At best it should cost maybe a dollar to charge your phone, if not less.

Why make shit up?

Some people just enjoy being assholes, the business benefit is by far offset by inconvenience and sour mood. People are not automatons, and being treated like dirt will lower productivity.
If you have 1000 employees and everybody trickle charges their phone at 1 watt for 8 hours a day, that's 8 kWh. That's about 1 dollar a day at 12 cents/kWh. Assuming 250 days of work per year, that's 250 dollars.

Any manager who whines about charging phones deserves to be fired.

sorry bossman
had to charge my phone

I get calls all the time from people who are 200 meters away from me but are too boomer to bother looking where I am

American business tactics and philosophies are literally 15 years behind

It's so absurd

"the beatings will continue until morale improves"

What's the archive link for that thread?

Dude it's 2019 you can buy from 200-300$ phones that last 1-2 days from 100% and have great SOTs unless you are retarded and don't charge it before leaving for work or play games you shouldn't have to charge at work

I thought those chinky chonky phones have horrible battery drain

you can search for the id and find it yourself

People do that even in other sectors don't worry.
My dad owns his business and works with big clients and ONLY those from the United States call on weekends.

I'm sure it cost less than $1 a year to charge your phone, if you did it once per day. So Their pay should be basically the same.

Boomers are the type of people who unplug the TV to compensate for having an AC

if i went absolutely crazy by the book then ansvering any work related calls, messages and mails are work here and i can write hours for doing so. just try to call a lawyer and see how they do it. and since summer holiday by law here is 3 weeks continous undisturbed time off work i could restart the three weeks every time someone called me. off course i didnt, but i wrote hours when i had to turn on my computer and fix something.

The Xiaomi 9T is one of the better value phones of 2019.
FHD+ Amoled, a pretty good processor (SD730) and 4000mAh that charges at 18W and for 300€.
65-70% of users report being it lasting more than a day after charging fully and 15-17% report it lasting over two days of battery.
Obviously usage varies but if 80-95% of users get great battery times it's definitely good.

we haven't developed our human rights since slavery became illegal

I had to call my cowrkers when I worked at a warehouse because our walkie-talkies were completely unintelligible

Actually it's 270$ not 300€.

Top lel, I charged all my batteries and torrented at work.

my company pays for my shitposting here. free data up to a certain limit, blew it 3 or 4 times when i binged vikings on my phone. was working out of town most of that time so they gave it to me for free.
