When Bitcoin crashes, RIOT obviously will as well since that's their main asset. They're going to have to do a reverse split so they can remain listed on NASDAQ. AFTER the reverse split, buy it for $2 and hodl. When Bitcoin recovers, they're going to rise so much they're going to split to keep the price down. Keep hodling until it's $150 post split.
