I've noticed the whole bravo tango delta thing while playing Insurgency and Rising Storm on American servers, though you also get the funniest teammates there. They are pretty lighthearted people EU servers aren't coordinated at all and flooded with foreigners like Russians, Poles, Turks and since recently even Middle Easterners
