also never buy a van that's ridiculous. At least buy a detachable camper/trailer so you can drive around without all your stuff.

I looked into these but you'd have to buy land and convert them and all but also decently cheap option. The van is nicer imo since you can travel.

But then you need to safeguard the trailer, which means keeping it on someone else's property, which will cost a lot more than free parking. In contrast the Van is stealth mode. You can even put stickers that suggest the van is part of a pest removal business.

dont buy a van. You want to be able to detach your house from your vehicle otherwise it's hell to drive this whole thing every time to go grocery shopping etc.

yeah if you just want to stop anywhere and sleep wherever you want it's better. But it's much less spacious.
