The Truth: You become addicted to caffeine quickly, and soon you are drinking coffee to cure withdrawal more than for stimulation.
>The truth is, once you’ve been drinking coffee for a while, the feeling you are getting after a cup isn’t the difference between the normal you and the super you, it’s the difference between the addict before and after a fix.
I want this woman to shit in my mouth. Just thinking of a nice thick log coming out of that tight asshole gets my dick diamonds
Samuel Barnes
>Withdrawal occurs at dosages as low as 100 mg/day. That’s just one typical cup of coffee. One study (Field et al., 2003) even found that abstaining from just 41 mg/day for 30 hours decreased blood flow to some parts of the brain by 19-32%. The most common withdrawal symptoms are headache, fatigue, decreased energy/activeness, decreased alertness, drowsiness, decreased contentedness, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and foggy/not clearheaded-ness. Withdrawal is much, much more common than most people think. Many people just assume legal drugs are perfectly safe and only associate withdrawal with illegal drugs, even though there is practically no relation between the toxicity and addictiveness of drugs and their legal status, but caffeine withdrawal is extremely common. In fact, many studies overestimated the positive effects of caffeine, because they didn’t exclude habitual caffeine consumers. This causes participants to be in withdrawal during the study and the so called positive effects of caffeine are then merely withdrawal reversal. If your training sessions are notably poorer without stimulants, you may very well be in withdrawal. Withdrawal also causes muscle stiffness and weakness. (Juliano & Griffiths, 2004).
No joke though - I've been testing going caffeine-free, and it's amazing.
I usually drink 2-3 cups of tea a day. I usually have brain fog / lack of energy / no focus.
Last week I stopped cold turkey. First 3 days I had a headache, but then it cleared and I felt amazing. More energy, waking up and feeling awake directly, more focus, etc.
Caffeine is literal shit tier
Alexander Perez
“The take home is that regular use of caffeine produces no benefit to alertness, energy, or function. Regular caffeine users are simply staving off caffeine withdrawal with every dose – using caffeine just to return them to their baseline. This makes caffeine a net negative for alertness, or neutral at best if use is regular enough to avoid any withdrawal.”
Just take breaks from it every now and then retard. Don’t drink 6 cups a day. It’s like any other drug, just take tolerance breaks
Sebastian Long
incorrect, both substances are addictive, sugar is more prevalent than caffeine but they both are pretty widespread.
Dylan Morgan
>quick the goys are waking up, roll out the "coffee is good for you" articles

Amazing timing, I've stopped drinking coffee this month because I was going to sleep at like 5 AM and shit like that. Now I'm getting back on track on when to wake up and when to go to sleep and I feel like I could sleep 16 hours a day now if I wanted. I don't know, looking forwards to see where I am in a couple of months and if I've fixed myself or what.
Isaac Thomas
I'm glad that I generally keep to a cup of green tea (25-50 mg) and sometimes even have only a half or third.
Heck, even 2-3 mg of Adderall works well for me.
I agree that some people are completely dependant on stimulants
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3066123/ >coffee is good for you >coffee smells good >coffee tastes good >coffee is warm >coffee is good with lots of foods >coffee is nice dumbfucks triggered by coffee are funny
Jaxon Kelly
I believe it's thought that someone who drinks coffee everyday will be slightly more alert than someone who never drinks it. But when those people don't have coffee they are gonna be less alert than people who never have it anyway.
Ryan Ward
>he fell for nestle & cocacola financed studies drink decaff if you wanna fall for the antioxidant meme you fucking junkie but you wont because you are an addicted pos. you can also simply just a pomegranate
Bentley Cox
>slightly more alert dont be a brainlet user. a stimulant drug on a daily basis wont provide no net benefit longterm. simple logic
Jacob Torres
How does one JUST a pomegranate?
Nolan Morris
Life without caffeine is boring, life with too much caffeine is pretty shit. Drink it occasionally, not 4 cups of coffee a day.
Christopher Bennett
how fucking uptight are you guys? a cup of coffee isnt going to make any significant difference in your life. get the fuck over yourself you incels
>HURR I NEED TO BE AS CONTRARIAN AS POSSIBLE OR ELSE IM AN NPC
Gabriel Foster
No I don't understand those words at all and I declare science fake but I know that shit's drugs and that trying to fix my sleep schedule was hell before. Now I'm tired all the time, but I hope I can make it better.
Some days i drink 1 cup others i drink 5 cups, i don't notice any difference.
Caleb Robinson
My wife tells me constantly that if I don't have a cup of coffee in the morning I'm a massive asshole.
Daniel Hernandez
OP is based and redpilled, and not only because he posted hot brappers. But because coffee is for plebs. I fucking hate everyone who likes coffee. Tea is the drink for Men. Coffee is fucking pleb garbage, it's literally shit flavored water. Fuck anyone who gets fancy coffee's and uses any of those cringey names like latte, cappucino, long black, flat white etc, fuck you.
Leo Reed
There are far more harmful things youre doing to yourself than drinking a cup of coffee
>being out on the street breathing in pollution from cars >smoking weed/cigs >fapping 5 times a day and frying your dopamine receptors >playing vidya/watching anime on your ass 12 hours a day >not excercising at all >eating fast food and HFCS
But some guy wants to drink a cup of coffee? OMFG SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING. pic related is you
Not all coffee drinkers are white starbucks girls with stinky vajs
Andrew White
It's neat to know, so I'll keep it as simple as I can.
When you wake up, molecules called adenosine go into adenosine receptors (located in the brain) which slowly help make you tired. When sleeping, adenosine is released from the brain overnight.
One part of what caffeine does is it competes for space on adenosine receptors and keeps adenosine from reaching there. The body, looking for homeostasis (a middle ground), starts to produce more adenosine receptors over time as long as caffeine continues to be consumed. The more caffeine, the more adenosine receptors are made.
When someone such as yourself stops injesting caffeine, adenosine has tons of receptors to latch onto. This in part causes daytime fatigue. Over time without caffeine, your brain will reduce adenosine receptors as it reaches an equilibrium.
Good luck with your change for the better, user!
Grayson Cox
>Not all coffee drinkers are white starbucks girls with stinky vajs You can't prove any of this.
Samuel Martinez
are you suggesting I have a stinky vaj? I can assure you I take very good care of my balls
Chase White
I drink one cup in the morning Mon - Fri to wake me up in the morning. Don't drink it on weekends and that seems to keep the addiction at bay.
Though my coding becomes insanely better after a coffee, before than I have little motivation and a foggy brain.
Grayson Edwards
way to point out the obvious. you trade being more alert when you are "high" for being less alert the rest of the time. the net of anything is always zero, when you take everything into account.
Owen Lee
Fun fact is that our lungs have a Mich greater affinity for carbon monoxide over oxygen.
Makes me feel bad for people who run next to a busy street. Lung expand 2-3x as much when doing intense cardio, so runners next to those busy streets are taking in a bunch of carbon monoxide when oxygen is critically needed.
I agree with your list and also believe that people should better understand the effects of drugs.
Accurate as fuck. When I stopped drinking coffee all my lifts went down and I had much more muscle soreness. Also, caffeine provides no stimulation at this point, I just use it because I feel like shit if I dont drink it.
Lincoln Flores
Espresso is the only real way to drink coffee. Milk is really bad for you.
Gavin Taylor
That was actually kind of cool but I'm going to call it magic sleep elves anyways.
Fuck you for using a made up snob term for coffee. The only acceptable alternative word for the drink is shit water.
Also milk is healthy for you if you are white.
Nicholas Bell
FUCK. i take about 400mg caffeine daily because of one cup in the morning then pre workout C4. WTF. Everything is addictive. I quit tobacco/adderall and now i have to quit pre workout and caffeine too fuck this
Ryan Price
I literally dont do any of that shit you listed you mongrel. im not saying decaff coffee is bad for you nigger im just saying habitual daily caffeine consume is counter productive because it has no net benefit longterm you no brained single digit iq parasite. read the fucking op.
pic related is you drinking your hipster faggot soya latte
Dominic Bailey
>Milk is really bad for you. Only if you're unevolved
>retarded nutritional study #9483 that has shit methodology and will be contradicted within the next 6 months You probably think saturated fat is bad for you and that onions and vegetable oils are healthy.
I dont think this chart is accurate, my family is from Iran and not a single person is lactose intolerant
Austin Allen
According to that chart, between 60% and 80% of Iranians are lactose intolerant. It doesn't say all of them are. Congratulations on being further evolved.

Lately have been drinking 2 monsters per day and 2-4 cups of coffee on top just to be able to function normally. My stomach feels terrible all the time.
Im so fuckon tired of this modern world. > been drinking heavly since 13-14 yo. Quit > been smoking cigs 14yo. Quit > been smoking weed since 16 yo. Heavy neurosis. Quit > been playing vidya heavly since 14yo. Quit > travelled world around for two years. > doing sport 5 times a week. Gym, football, skiing, swimming pool and many more. Perfect body. > cant quit fapping. Tried a lot. Max 3 weeks. > cant quit caffe. Tried a lot, 3 weeks max. Im so fuckin tired of fighting for each inch, is there an end to it? Are u getting to zone where life just flow and u can enjoy it? FUCKKKKKKKKKK Also hold 800k of nimiq. My last resort........
>cant quit fapping. Tried a lot. Max 3 weeks. > cant quit caffe. Tried a lot, 3 weeks max.
user....user...you will feel 100000000x better if you quit the porn jew and the jew brew.

Get some Castor Oil from a pharmacy, it takes care of stomach problems. Not very tasty, but if you chug it quickly, then you won't even notice the taste.
Cooper Lopez
This bitch will look gross in like 10 years. How do these cunts behave so narcissistically and so conceitedly when their shelf life is slightly longer a bread loaf?
Elijah Sullivan
I take a caffeine supplement for chronic migraines and it works pretty well for that. Honestly the whole "don't do anything ever that could alter your mind because uhhhh" shit is retarded. Eating well alters you mind and mood, so are you gonna switch over to gruel and onions? Come on man
Charles Hill
ahahah didn't realize the filter applied to the drink name as well, onions are actually pretty great
>Before a headache or migraine, blood vessels tend to enlarge. Because it contains “vasoconstrictive” properties that cause the blood vessels to narrow and restrict blood flow, caffeine can aid in head pain relief. When caffeine is added to the combination of acetaminophen and aspirin, the pain relieving effect is increased by 40%. headaches.org/2009/07/24/does-caffeine-trigger-or-treat-headaches/
but to be honest I've tried quitting cold turkey and triggers withdrawl headaches which then triggers extended migraines which can and will last for days. I've considered weening myself odd in the future but I real reason to at the moment.
Parker Foster
have no real reason to, that is
Evan Jackson
You're not wrong, I drink coffee to prevent headaches. Jerking off after 30 is just a bad habit. Addictions, man, why do we allow the world to remain full of them?
how much mg you take daily? if its not more than 200mg you will be ok but longterm its poison sirs
every fucking which raises cortisol for hours and has a 6 hour half life is posion. your sleep quality is shit without even knowing it.
Oliver Martinez
MY FAVORITE DRUG ITS GOOD I HAVE NO ARGUMENT YOU'RE AN NPC LOL
Christopher Bell
Why is nobody allowed to enjoy anything ever? Caffeine is relatively harmless to your health and it gives you a little bit of a buzz. Some people need to look forward to something to get them through the day, and the only socially acceptable options are coffee and cigarettes.
Ryder Parker
because its a fucking illusion user. cant you read the op? are you blind? there is no buzz if abused daily LOL

It tastes good and brings a degree of enjoyment to my life. I look forward to my morning cup of coffee. I quit for about 4 years, and I started drinking it again when I realized that quitting didn't improve any aspect of my life and I was just depriving myself of one of life's pleasures.
exactly 200mg. I've read a lot of stuff about how it helps people stave off depression as well, also I sleep like a log but I work from home so it doesn't exactly matter when I sleep anyway. I like that the supplements are cleaner but I don't really have much time for coffee anyway, also IBS so not good for that either. You might be right about cortisol, I usually feel pretty stressed even when nothing much is going on
Charles Cox

All she has to do is get knocked up by some poor sap in the next 5 years and she's pretty much set for life

>NPC can't understand this simple paragraph. Sad! It's you who appears to be illiterate. I didn't say I drink coffee for the "buzz" or for its stimulating effects. I said I drink it because it tastes good and I enjoy it. The fact that it's addictive is irrelevant, because I have no desire or reason to quit. I've been drinking 1 cup every morning since I was 14, save for the few years I quit, and I have never experienced any negative side effects.
Why are you so autistic about something as benign as coffee? Jesus Christ dude get a life.
Sebastian Richardson
>no drinking problem and when I drink I always know the sweetspot >smoke cigars and do hookah occasionally and only when socializing .
