EOS isn't a currency and neither is Ethereum. stability and reliability smartcontract platforms is way more important then speed. Especially for legal and financial contracts. Ethereum is the only battle tested platform. EOS has proven nothing and I doubt it will even get a chance to prove its stability considering how fast Ethereum smartconctract implementation is growing.
