Why does everyone post that picture of my cat?

if i give robinhood the username and password to my bank account, can i change the username and password immediately after activation? i dont like giving it out...

it's a good picture
i like the way his head looks with his mouth open

you don't give them the username and password, you give them the account number and routing number

it's ultimately your money and your decision
just keep in mind that you should only invest what you're willing to lose

Do it up, I think rh just uses routing and account number anyways, 2 things it's impossible for you to change

He's always yelling (meowing), it's hard to take a picture of him with his mouth closed

Still, I don't think anyone even bothers reading the books that the pic was recommending

Today was a good day. Steady growth, little by little.

Not sure if I should buy more shares of SPYG or invest in other sectors like foodservice (which is a field I currently wageslave in). Sysco is down right now but it's basically the default for all restaurants and small operations for the foreseeable future, I can see it growing another 20%+ over the next 3-5 years.

You're probably overexposed to AMD
SPYG is caca get SPXL if you're only going to buy $100 worth.

sorry for such a newbie question, but after looking it up i'm still unsure. it seems that stocks/EFT are something you buy for long term, year long investing, while options are stocks you buy to sell within the week/month? Is that accurate? Do most of you basically just trade in options? Is there even any reason to buy a plain stock other than long term investment?

>SPYG is caca
I definitely want to buy stocks unrelated to AMD, I don't want all my eggs in one basket. But why exactly is SPYG "caca," and why is SPXL superior to it?

>it seems that stocks/EFT are something you buy for long term, year long investing, while options are stocks you buy to sell within the week/month? Is that accurate?

No. Day and swing trading is done with common shares (regular stock), too. Options are for getting more leverage on your position or hedging to limit your risk exposure. They are high risk to trade and not recommended for beginners.
