I work out every second day. I look athletic and muscular already after one and half year of going to gym, especially when i wear muscle-fit tshirts. The weight i can handle is 5kg bigger every month. Today i take 95 kg on chest, 210 kg on legs, 45 kg on biceps and 65 kg on triceps. The results are being improved by 5kg every month

I've changed programs and stalled my workout routine far too many times that I think it's better to stick to something simple and once I get the hang of it I'll explore other programs

With that said I don't mind a link with more information on ppl if you know of a site where I can learn more

This is a good start. Add abs and cardio daily (if you are a fat ass) or alternatively (if skinny fat or twink). Also nu/fit/ is the worst place for advice. It's full of mentally ill /plg/ fags and twinks
