My parents own a relatively large piece of land in Aus. We have about 3 acres with a couple of large sheds aswell, these do not get utilised and neither does the land. /Biz do your thing and come up with some great cash generation ideas!! one thought i have is growing micro greens, or fast growing crops to sell to local cafes / restaurants.

>Sell Weed online or make a store to Australia Bois

if you’re in SE QLD I’ll rent a shed off you and do cash mechanic jobs out of it
neagtive mate, in vic
I've always thought micro greens was a good option. I think profitibily depends on your proximity to town centres with trendy cafes. I wonder how that model will hold up with the economic headwinds for Australia (less discretionary spending etc...).
My other bets would be starting a permaculture farm and selling retreat/training packages or setting it up for tiny house display area (again, all dependent on proximity to major centres)
Want to buy at least 100 acres when I make it. Maybe build some cabins and have a wilderness retreat. Cook pizza for groups here and there and have a small art supply selection for forgetful people at a heavily increased price. Farming and orchards and a gardens with speakers hidden playing classical music
Sounds beautiful
in victoria the climate might be good enough for growing saffron or something like that, maybe even wasabi root. wasabi is worth about ~US$150/kg and saffron is can be worth anywhere from US$1100-11000/kg.
Rent servers, or mining power.
Wasabi is labour intensive and difficult to grow. I would investigate aquaponics op to save on water and have a niche seafood source if you're far away from the coast or a freshwater source.
My parents have 9 acres near Warsaw, Poland
How profitable are these microgreens? Where do I sell it?
About 50 to 60 saffron flowers will produce about 1 tablespoon of saffron spice.
>tfw i will never experience that kind of happiness :(
What about mushrooms? I've seen some anons saying they have experience in them though not sure if it's a meme. Otherwise what about insect farming?
>australia
Given the climate probably nothing. Maybe a solar farm.
What major town are you closest to? Eg 20 min drive? You could basically sell herbs to the local chefs in town depending on your location.
>With optimal production, one hectare of land may produce up to 2.5 million flowers.
3 acres = 1.21 acre
~3 million flowers
>150,000–250,000 flowers are required to produce one kilogram of saffron
3000000/250000=12kg
Worth US$13200 to US$132000.
Use robots to reduce/cut out the cost/time of manual labor.
*1.21 hectares
Grow fast growing trees for lumber, have free roaming chickens underneath to provide fertilization. Alternatively grow berries in the shade.
Actually a good way to make an easy 1.5 million. OP 3 acres aint enough you city slag.
Triple that and rent it out to fatten cows or sheep or both.
sauce pls
Just rent it. Let other people with actual knowledge figure out what it's good for.
Or lobby to get it re-zoned as residential and sell it for 10x the current value before the bubble bursts.
