Just be all muh heritage and bring something from your heritage's culture. Unless you're an actual American, then you can bring mocassins or a dreamcatcher.

Ask your parents about their heritage, do some basic research on said heritage and make your speech. The important part is that you make a good speech rather than being factually correct about the culture that you're talking about
