1. Help others: Do you feel like you reach the top and you would like to help others get there too? It doesn't have to be a charity, maybe you meet some random guy who's struggling in life and you help him out, doesn't have to be with money, it can be just by giving your time. If you want to do it on a bigger scale you would probably need people to help you and more money will be needed. If more and more people reach the top like you, who knows how big of a ripple effect it may have on the world.

2. Start a company / project. Perhaps you think video games are cool, maybe you have an idea for a game? Maybe you like technology, you could look into what you can do to push technology forward and create an exciting future for yourself and others.

What I am going to write may sound dumb, but it is the truth. Your actual problem is that you don't WANT something. When you WANT something, you have a goal and it gives your life purpose. Since you currently have all of your desires satiated, you need a new mission. If you can come up with something you WANT, then you have something to work toward. If you really have all that money coming to you and you cannot discover something you could possibly WANT, then it is time to reproduce. Get married to an agreeable woman and have 2 or 3 kids. Then you will have something to look forward to everyday. WANTING good things for your kids. That is the purpose of life after all... to survive and reproduce.
