Anglos were largely confined to the Maritime provinces at the time, and Nova Scotia was invited to the Continental Congress (I believe they were actually on the fence about it for a bit) but ultimately decided against joining. Quebec ("Canada" at the time) was also wooed by the Patriots, but they had just gotten a lot of concessions from the Crown and didn't want to risk them (especially since the 13 Colonies were overwhelmingly Protestant). I don't know about the rest.
