Without coming across as an ultrabeta i don't think golddiggers are that bad. If you are a guy that is a 4/10 in the looks department no shit the 9/10 is factoring money when going out with you. If he isn't willing to settle with a 6-7/10 then the balance has to be corrected.

The truth is OP, the odds aren't in your favor. You pretty much have to permanently hide your full wealth and optimally never get married. Even if you find a girl who isn't a gold digger, the problem is her parents might be, her grand parents, uncles, aunts, friends, SOMEONE attached to her almost certainly will be. They'll use her to pry open your bank account and turn her against you if you refuse. During a divorce, it won't be a private matter. All of those people will come out and cheer for her to take you for as much as possible. Look at the arrangement objectively and there's no way you could ever sensibly go through with it unless you happen to "feel bad" in which case your kindness and compassion will be your downfall privately and professionally. You might be able to get around this by doing this: but the system is fundamentally broken. There's no "edge" there if you're a male. Quite the opposite, you're playing against the house. Pure gambling.
