Chinese tourists are fucking all the touristic places. I was in Kyoto this summer, the place has become a new Chinese Disneyland. As for Paris, it's still okay when you avoid the big touristic sights (Tour Eiffel, Louvre, Montmartre, Opera). Walk a bit and you'll avoid the chinks.

If you want to expierience Europe properly, hire a car and see the small, rural but historic towns/cities. It's cheaper to drive and stay at air bnb's then stay in a provincial capital and take coach tours from there. The majour cities are just for faggy "Well travelled" larpers who say they've experienced a country but really all they did was wait in lines and take pictures of Chinese sitting on historic landmarks.

Depends what you want to see. The countryside in the south is really beautiful, Alpins region if you're more into landscape ( And hiking/skiing/alpinism/bouldering )
Otherwise tourists often love the Mt Saint Michel.
