Hey Jow Forums I’m moving to Virginia beach in October. I’m Native mix and I’m pretty sick of only having non-Native friends and I’m pretty fed up with wh*tes talking over me all the time when I just want to talk about my experiences and Native issues. Natives never doubt that I’m Native, I just have olive oil skin so non-natives are racist about my existence. I want to meet like minded people, can you help me out? And give me advice on Virginia state? I’m fairly liberal but I’m chill with a lot of conservatives I know, I just heard Virginia is ultra conservacuck. Basically- I’m asking where to find non-white friends or native communities over there. Already looking for pow wows in the area. Help a gal out?

No, Saphaptin is basically dead. My great grandmother was one of the last fluent speakers and she passed away a few years ago.
