I like America, it has a lot of great things, especially scenery and economic opportunities, but it isn't currently competing on the same level as the countries in that list. They are found in or near the top 10 of basically every good metric we have, whereas America struggles to be considered 1st world right now.

Sweden and Canada are firmly on the list, Germany is creeping up on most metrics and probably deserves a spot.
