The mid-2016 drop is curious indeed. I'm digging into the past and apparently, at that time, flags were not into the main "flags" folder only like today. There were a "flegs" and a "beta" folder. Dk what was the reason for that, I speculate some form of temporary place where the maintainers could reorganize and regloss them, but the drop is there because I switched the counting function, in the script I made, from the "flegs" to the "flags" folder, where all the flags were gradually being moved to. Maybe some oldflag could help and explain some of this stuff.

You can VPN almost all of those areas but probably not what you're after and it requires a pass as Jow Forums rangebans VPNs. And well access to the vpn too
