There's Iguaçu Falls at Paraná, and also the great parks of Curitiba. There's plenty weird food at Pará, you might also try the freshiest açaí there (where it's originally from). There's a desert with sand dunes and valleys filled with water called Lençóis Maranhenses, at Maranhão, beautiful stuff. Finally, Pantanal, world's largest wetland is at Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. I'd also try great food from Goiás and Minas Gerais, and there's some award winning coffe and cheese there and São Paulo, if you like that.
