You can't just go anywhere and expect qts left and right. You have to go to the nicest areas of town for that. You won't find any mega qt dressed up all nice at the farmer's market, but you will be surrounded by QTs in a 'hip' part of town where all the university girls like to hang out, as well as the richest parts like expensive malls and high class nightlife avenues.
