I really did invest in berkshire once. It crashed like a shitcoin, down 30-40% in a matter of weeks. Never again. I looked into brk more deeply after that and realized its a scam where buffet uses insurance money as his gambling roll.

I would hardly call them out of touch, they just happen to find prices they like in companies that do very boring things. And on your opinion that it wasn't hard to see coke being a big winner, apparently it was because the crash of '87 (they bought in 1987, not 1930) put KO at a very low valuation for the intrinsic value of the Coca-Cola brand name alone.

damn, I have been feeling like my 'third eye' as they call it has been opening this week. I don't trust my phone, and I have been looking into the possibility that the call to arms of every major US war has been staged (WW1, WW2, Vietnam, Post-9/11 Wars).
