Skiing and diving doesn't have any risks, unless you want to make it risky. Unless you are pro, you won't dive deeper than 18m, and a person holding its breath can dive that deep, just won't be spensig much time. Paragliding is the riskiest but there are safety measures for it too.
These are all seasonal activities unless you can afford to travel around the world.
