A reminder that NIMIQ is literally free money

Daily reminder that NIMIQ is literally free money.
Sign up for the Google Cloud $300 trial, connect your bank, and use the tutorial to set it up here (it's very easy) : console.cloud.google.com/compute/instances?project=able-winter-216510

NIMIQ has static, in a straight line, price wise. Whales are clearly hoarding until they get their amounts sets, and then this shit is going to fly. Personally, I think in 2019 this is going to explode.

If you have more than one credit card, or have a lot of friends, technically, you could sign them all up for this, mine it like hell, split the free money with them (because let's face it, they do not know how to do this type of shit, even though it's easy), and really rake it in because all you have to do is HOLD your free money until it pops.

If you're poor, you could just market sell it later, and start trading it, risk free.

Not to mention, this all helps the NIM ecosystem, whatever you decide to do with it.

So, what the hell are you waiting for?

Already did with 3 accts and my 3 cards. Got to 100k using some of my old laptops. Trials are over so sad times now.

Not really. This is what separates the poor from the rich in the new paradigm, shit like this. Raiblocks pools in the past. We will all make it.

650K NIMlet reporting

Can't wait to retire. I fucking love crypto.

>and use the tutorial to set it up here (it's very easy)

You don't have permission to view the instances in this project.

how can i do what you are saying user? can you help me and elaborate more?

Oops, sorry. Wrong link. here, (google cloud tutorial section) sushipool.com/#!/tutorials

Thank you very very much

Give NIM a year or so, it will be at 0.01$ for sure and you have a 10x return

Gonna settle for 500k-1mil NIM and wait for the moon mission

thanx user. i figured it out and i guess my mining is working now. but what is the action plan here? i can find many credit cards, should i go for different instances on each cloud account or just open up one cloud account for every instance?

what is the best way?

personally i went with 4x 16vCPU instances per account. will burn through the credits in 4days ~~

It seems like a free trial account does not allow mining. is it allowed in an upgraded account or do you risk it getting closed?

I think people are setting CPU usage around 80% to avoid getting caught.

and is it OK to use the same wallet address for every mining account?

yeah. total noob here.

Google will fix their TOS soon.

how much can be mined for one year with this free google trial? hundred bucks worth?

Attached: say the line.jpg (395x650, 85K)

When finished with the process you can go to Google Cloud Console and sign in (if necessary). If all done correctly you will have the possibility of Upgrading your Google Cloud account.
Upgrading your account MUST be done. In the terms of Google Cloud, you are not allowed to use your Free Tier for mining. Click the Upgrade button at the top of the page. If you do not see Upgrade, click the
Free trial status Free trial status icon in the upper-right of the page and Upgrade will appear. You must be a Billing Administrator on the account to make this change.

If you don't upgrade your account, your billing account will be closed and you can't further use Google Cloud.

so it's not doable for free anymore?

I work in IT and have a bunch of retired servers that I could setup to mine this thing if it only needs CPU. No power cost to me. Is this worth me going through the hassle of setting it up?

Probably not right now but if you hold the mined coins, it will be worth it.

>Daily reminder that NIMIQ is literally free money
not even worth the effort of setting up cloud mining. 1 month mining = $2 atm.

>work in IT and have a bunch of retired servers that I could setup to mine this thing if it only needs CPU. No power cost to me. Is this worth me going through the hassle of setting it up?
no

I mined around 50k coins with my first trial in 3-4 weeks..

>2.2 Customer may not use the Services to engage in mining cryptocurrency;

Yikes...gl getting sued by guugel.

Pffffft.

Also, I've got 100 in like an hour, so, I think I'm good, senpais

ok thanks I won't

it's free up to the $300 mark.

Volume on HitBTC increasing slowly but surely. Might see a nice rise even before 2019.

don't listen to the fud. nimiq is a top tier coin

dude, do not listen to this asshole. do it.

>console.cloud.google.com/compute/instances?project=able-winter-216510

Yes. you need to upgrade from trial to standard account. you still get to keep the 300$ free credits. just remember to watch the numbers closely and terminate instances once the credits run dry.

Yes perfectly fine. I do it personally. less stress to only have one wallet to worry about.

For sure. Even old G5's with ancient xeons get a pretty decent hashrate. just fire them up and let them mine away. It's basically free money if you don't have to pay electricity.

Brainlet here, just started mining. It says "number of threads". Can anyone explain what this means?

Attached: 8f5c263154f2bca7e7fd3a4c750dad08.png (401x223, 41K)

Number of threads your CPU has.
Example: Intel i7 processor with 4 cores and 8 threads. You could set it to mine with 8 threads even though it only has 4 physical cores.

Google your CPU model to find out how many threads it has. If your computer is used to do other things it would be wise to leave 1 thread free unless you like lags.

Thanks and is it possible to buy this coin already?

hitbtc

Dude. Use desktop miner. Get 3 to 10 times the hash.

Yes. HITbtc and Tradesatoshi are the two preferred ones.
Also once you get more into it and understand more switch over to desktop mining and join a pool like said.

There are some great pools out there like sushipool and beeppool. Join the official discord theres plenty of helpful people around there.

Thanks I'm pretty new to this and I want to make it. My virus scanners gives some warnings when I try to download desktop miner but I'll just ignore it I guess.

I use both Claymore eth miner and the beeppool NIMIQ miner on my pc and had to make custom rules in my Avast to make them run properly.

I think some scanners see literally anything mining related as a virus.

Virus scanners see any wallet without official licensing as a virus aswell.

HitBTC has 2000 NIM withdrawal fee. Act accordingly

Just bought 250k thanks OP, it really looks like a cool project could go anywhere from 10-100x from here really.

Im thinking of buying some old Server MBs and Xeons from ebay for cheap.

What CPUs are you working with and what's your hash rate?

If you want 90kHz hash get the 7820x. Most cost effective cpu for the amount of nim you get per day. You're looking at 800 Nim a day minimum (unless difficulty increases)

You can get a daily 2k+ NIM which translates approx 2 dollars right now which let me tell you it's the FUCKING BOTTOM.
So yeah basically 700+ hundred bucks worth of free NIM right now if you can keep up with a full year of Goolag's trial

One of the cool projects Nim community is involved in.

I'm pretty familiar with building normal ATX PC's but I have no experience with server motherboards.

What kind of PSU do they take? I assume they don't use regular 24 pin power connectors. Also is there anything else I should know before buying parts? Thanks for the help.

Nothing crazy at the moment i'm getting 53kh/s from my i7 5930k 11/12 cores used as i use it for other things aswell.
25kh/s from an old Msi laptop with a old i7.xxx.
and 3kh/s from my old laptop that i couldn't figure out how to mine BTC with back in 09..
80 Kh/s ~ total roughly.

cloud.google.com/terms/free-trial/
that's if you stay on the free trial

cloud.google.com/terms/aup
here are there actual terms when you upgrade

I just built a tower with that cpu. It runs hot so I have a giant heatsink on it. I dunno if it would be wise to run it in a 1U/2U. I do have an old refurbished dual xenon that gets about 30kHz but it heats up a room and spends tons of energy. I'm keeping it down until the weather gets colder. You can check sites like servermonkey to buy refurbished servers

No, it isn't, I'm in the telegram chat and makes me want to dump all my nim. What a bunch of fucking normalfags.
Thanks God Robin looks autistic who loves crypto
I shouldn't be surprised tho, nim is a currency that aims normies (nothing wrong with that, is the cause of its potential)

Attached: 124919249195.png (905x791, 138K)

You think this project is aimed at autists? Once normies come in you dump.

No, sorry if I explained myself poorly, I think is aimed at normies, and actually success at that (using nim is easy as fuck) and that's why I think it has potential.

Good, the dollar sign is retarded as a logo.

And on this day no keks were given

How many NIM for a boyfriend like that?

Attached: 1536045640835.jpg (600x600, 58K)

S for silver, one hash for redeemable in silver, two hashes for unbacked fiat.

If it gets an easy fiat to NIM on ramp then it's a top 20 coin in the making.

So what is good about NIM?
I just bought 10k of this shitcoin but what is its main feature?

Stuff like that, or literally $130. You guys are a riot.

Attached: CSKFp9GVEAA6RoW.jpg (600x846, 164K)

It has some nice tech features in it like Schnorr Signatures and IBAN address formats to prevent sending funds to a wrong address, but there's nothing overly new about what Nimiq does.

It's main feature is that it makes crypto easy to use. User friendly design, installation free, spam/typo proof, 1 minute block times, etc.

What are the fees?
Also how do I access my account? I have to type my 24 word recovery every time I clean my cache?

Fees are low/free. Free will still confirm in 2-3 blocks It also has ledger integration so if you have one its the easiest way

Free, or miniscule with current prices depending on how many transactions you're sending.

Yeah gotta type the words back in every time unfortunately, one of the less intuitive features for those who are regularly on the move. In Beta you were able to save a copy of the access file and just import that, but it's not on the mainnet release for some reason.

Gonna see about it when I get home
