It doesn't work that way.
We cant actually replicate Saturn V even with the blueprints we have now. A lot of craft secrets and practises have been lost with the retirement of scientist, engineers, and technicians who often made modifications outside of the scope of the blueprints.
Things were done different back then. Each rocket was tailored-made, hand-crafted by technicians on the field. If we want to rebuilt the Saturn V, we need a lot od experimentation that will involve dozens of failures before we get it right again. A team of engineers actually managed to reduce the number of components, but it would need more worn. The ultimate question if rebuilding the Saturn V is even worth it when we could build more modern and new rockets rather than revisiting an old design but that too would take several tries.
India did vastly better than they did last time and they really only need to.succeed once. I admire their energy.
