Surprising they haven’t released the picture of the crashed lander. The orbiter was supposed to sync with the lander at 0535 (IST), by them taking a picture of each other. Although, Vikram is likely no more, but the orbiter should have taken the picture of the crashed lander.

That's rather sad, but it's not a big problem tho, everyone fail space missions and each fail is sad, no matter American, Russian, Indian or someone's else.
It’s because the lander isn’t confirmed to have actually crashed. It could have landed and rover might have survived but we don’t know yet.
