From USA, yes. Prisons are basically universities for criminals. Furthermore, most states do little to ensure that former inmates can attain actual jobs after being paroled or released. I'd probably go back to stealing cars, too, if I kept getting rejected from minimum-wage jobs ten years after getting out from behind bars.
