I want some beer but the government alcohol shop is closed.

Also, all beer sold must be warm. It's the law.

>government alcohol shop
huh

We dont have retarded laws like that here

Just picked up 4 Carlings do you want one

You don't have ABC stores in your state?

lol cuck
here you can buy beer 24/7 at the gas station

Fuel stations are overpriced though. I only go there to buy fuel.

We had some laws about stores not being allowed to sell alcohol past 22:00 but thankfully we got rid of it
>Also, all beer sold must be warm. It's the law.
That's just downright cruel

>24/7
here every form of alcohol can be bought between 7am-2am, why someone would drink past 2am i dunno because everyone passes out around there

I'm pretty sure some states have the same system

>governement alcohol shop
Thank God I live in Alberta where this nonsense doesn't happen.

I mean the US still have dry counties where alcohol sales are completely forbidden so ...

Lmao, none drinks alcohol in 2019. Just buy some quality hashish from Mohammed instead, you nerd.

Just drive down to your local beer thru

no thanks i rather go to my local weed shop and buy standardized

The Swedish government alcohol shop's revenue for the first two quarters of 2019 was 26 884 000 000 kr, or roughly $2.7 billion.

But then I can't fuel the gang wars between immigrant gangs
That's just the boomers and Norwegians though

Truly cucked

Just go to the drug store and get xanax

You can't. Xanax requires a prescription and getting one is extremely hard.

>go to my local Russian corner shop
>want to buy beer
>law says that alcohol can be bought from 10am to 10pm
>it is 10:05 o'clock
>can't buy beer

Fuck this country and its stupid laws, I will move to Latvia.

post your go to alcoholic beverage

Attached: tl.jpg (450x450, 27K)

lol can you actually just but it without a prescription in Russia? That's nuts

Ahahahahah, try living in the nanny state that is Sweden. Opening hours for all government alcohol shops:
Monday-Friday: 10-19
Saturday: 10-15
Sunday and all holidays: Closed

Actually no, but literally no drug store asked for it
Sadly no ritalin or amphetamine or other stims tho

>Also, all beer sold must be warm. It's the law.
Cucks.

Just go to the grocery store and buy some folköl then :^)

unfortunately that's the only good thing, your beer is just as expensive or worse

How are you supposed to get wasted, when you can't buy alco on holidays?

You have to plan ahead. It leads to queues such as this which reminds me of lining up for bread and other goods in the former USSR.

spic

>all beer sold must be warm. It's the law.
Hm???

Not warm. Just not refridgerated in stores. Of course you can buy cold beer in bars and restaurants.

>southern half of NJ and 2/3rds of PA

I live 5 minutes walk away from a shop that sells alcohol 24/7
feels good man

I'm guessing red is completely dry and yellow is some restrictions on when and where alcohol can be bought?
IIRC the one county I lived in had laws which meant alcohol couldn't be sold on Sunday.
My alcoholic parents didn't like that

Americans be like...
woah dude is that more than 0.01% alcohol? not cool bro I only drink wader yeehaw

Attached: IMG_20190907_214139.jpg (1788x3648, 1.26M)

Yeah I figured that much, but why the law???

>heineken
shit

Legend is missing. The yellow is definitely not dry I grew up in michigan in a yellow county and we had 24/7booze sold at the grocery store

kys

>heineken drinker taking the piss out of anyone

Actually nvm apparently you can’t buy liquor between 2am and 7am in Michigan. Which does make sense I remember thing to buy wine from meijer self check out at 6 am once and couldn’t.

get fucked, seething alcoholic

>Also, all beer sold must be warm. It's the law.
wtf
Here you can't buy alcohol after 23:00

>wader
it is pronounced "wooder" m8

i remember being 14 and buying beers with friends. i miss those good times
now you can't be an idiot without being recorded on camera and uploaded on Facebook and Instagram

The law is that the government store must treat all brands equal so they can't decide to refridgerate certain beer. So they decided to not have any fridges at all. And selling cold beer promotes alcohol drinking too and their mission is to reduce consumption of alcohol.

I love franskiner

Apologies i mean franziskaner fuck these 30seconds it takes to reply

W-woah
Thanks for the interesting info Swedebro

Beer is shit (black beer less so). Most alcohol is shit.
The only good alcoholic drinks are vodka and sake.

>hurrdurr i have shit taste
ok whatever

abstinent bros, report in

Checkin in. Alcohol is a poison. I only smoke weed and do LSD if I want to get into an altered state. It's safe and doesn't poison your body like alcohol

I don't know if it's a city to city/region to region thing, but i do have it, no bottles after 9-11 pm(can't remember which), but nobody follows it.

Looks based, what are the prices like?

Higher on the imports but it varies and you can do a mix and match with a lot of them just to try a bunch out

Pennsylvania and Quebec both have government run liquor stores.

In Pennsylvania beer, malt, wine, seltzer, and some wine coolers can be sold at private stores.

Pennsylvania liquor store prices are for the most part cheaper than neighboring states.

But dumb Republicans think our state system is too evil commie.

I cant even imagine living in a state or country that has any rules on when you can buy alcohol. I dont even drink that much.

This map is wrong.

Pennsylvania liquor law is statewide.

Except for maybe Philadelphia or Allegheny counties, counties can't say jack shit.

t.Muhammad al-kukkelsson

This is how it is in Utah in the USA. In order to get any liquor or wine, and full strength beer you have to go to a state liquor store, but they close at 10Pm every day, closed Sundays, and all holidays.
This is what happens when you vote for people based on their religion only like Mormons do

Avoid Utah like the plague. It's 3.2% beer unless you go to a liquor store to get full strength. You have to buy it warm from the liquor store though. It's illegal to sell cold drinks from there.
LAND OF THE FREE

>why someone would drink past 2am i dunno because everyone passes out around there
What the fuck. I worked in security and I'd hope this was the case, but people fuck around up to 5AM on weekends

Attached: nc.jpg (600x1200, 76K)

This is treated as bad habbut which it is. If you realy want it you can still get it

for god sake why doesnt sweden have Jerry's!!!

>In Pennsylvania beer
I've heard the private stores have to sell food like sandwiches too but my friends could buy a handle at a bar.

Utah isn't American. Those are Mormons, and God bless them for not being Americans

Heineken is garbage that only hoodrats and underaged drink. We wouldnt have so many alcoholics if we didn't drink heavily.

Most non gas station stores just sell chips, pretzels, and soda at a separate register.

Also we have beer distributors which sell cases both to the public and restaurants.

Restaurants and night clubs have to buy beer through a distributor assigned to them.

Yeah throw alcohol on everybody and set fire....

Utah has never been free. It's a Mormon theocracy LARPing as a state.

>Also, all beer sold must be warm. It's the law.
Now that's pure evil.

>counties can't say jack shit.
retard

>binnys

They don't have that kind of power in Pennsylvania.

PA preempts them. PA is very unitary.
