I own my own business, but what's the issue with being someone else's employee? the amount of money you have doesn't change your ability to properly manage it.

you're right, but most people just don't bother thinking about finances
for example, why save up when you can get a loan? the bank will take care of everything for you, and you'll get the desired property instantly
