Other than that, I like it where I'm at (Lyon) or I'd move to Switzerland Geneva for money.
Somewhere on the Spanish mediterranean coast

Is it true most Slovaks have a great level in Czech (remnants of Czechoslavakia), but not the other way around?

Well, most people don't speak the other language, they just understand it. From my experience when there is an obscure thing which has two different words in our languages, it's usually the Slovak who knows the other word
The formal variants are more like Slovenian and Serbo-Croatian, but from 100 years of living together and the constant exposure people have to the other language it's more like Serbian and Croatian
Czech republic

You'd be living in literal Greenland-tier conditions, why not just own up to it and go to Norway or Iceland ?
I go there every year. Very comfy place, would recommend.
St Pierre is much warmer than Greenland, although Iceland would be about the same. Would probably take Iceland over some random French rock.
Somewhere high up in the Alps
Near the North Sea in Denmark, Germany, or England
Jan Mayen
If money is not an issue I wouldn't need to move, so I'd stay here.

for me, it's pitcairn, an overseas territory of britain. only 50 people live there, isolated from the rest of the world, enjoying the pleasant tropical climate and all the incest and rape you could ever want.
